Today, I just felt like doing a small post-
Just a few moments ago, Daxton came up to me while I was browsing online, looked me in the eye and said, "stinky". So figuring that he had already dirtied his diaper, I proceeded to go with him to his room to change him only to notice that instead of going into his room, he headed toward the bathroom! After noticing that he hadn't soiled his diaper and realizing that he just wanted to sit on the potty, I took off his diaper and plopped him on the toilet. Nothing happened. So I get him down, thinking ok maybe I am psyching myself up too much. But then he looks up at me and says "UP". So I put him back on and voila~ First "peepee in the potty" moment! Wahoo! Hopefully I made enough of a big deal about it that he will ask to do this again! Maybe sometime in the near future I will be able to stop spending a FORTUNE on diapers...

That is s awesome!! I can't wait for dev to start wanting to be potty trained :) He let's us know when he is going going poop by patting himself. SO hopefully with his new potty that we are getting him for his bday he will become more interested!
